1. Online Collection and Use of a Child's Information by Sculpt-By-Numbers™, the web store of Amworth LLC.

We may collect a child's personally-identifiable information (including first name, last name, birth date, and email address) for such activities as:

Participating in/receiving a prize in sweepstakes

In these instances we will initially collect only the child's name, birth date, and online contact information and the email address of the child's parent.

Amworth LLC, like all website operators, is prohibited by law from conditioning a child's participation in an activity on the disclosure of more personal information than is reasonably necessary to participate in such activity. We may collect a child's name and email address to the extent reasonably necessary to protect the security of our website, to protect against liability or as required or permitted by law. Information collected for these reasons will not be used for any other purpose.

2. Disclosure of Children's Personal Information with Third Parties.

We do not release a child's personal information with third parties unless the disclosure is reasonable necessary to comply with law, respond to civil or criminal action, or to protect the security of our websites.

We may share information with our vendors and similarly contracted companies, but only if necessary to allow them to help us process and fulfill orders or requests, website services, notify potential winners or otherwise fulfill sweepstakes or contest prizes, or provide other similar services to Amworth LLC. All contracted companies are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of all customer information.

3. Parental Consent to Collection and Use of Children's Personal Information.

Having the parent/guardian enter a credit card or debit card number in connection with a financial transaction on is an approved method of consent. Amworth LLC also provides the parent/guardian with a link to access our Children's Online Privacy Policy, which describes our information collection and use policies as required by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). In addition, we provide a check box that must be addressed during the check-out process. By checking the box, the purchaser is declaring he/she is at least 13 years of age. 4. Parental Review and Making Changes to Personally Identifiable Information Collected From Children Under 13.

Parents of children under age 13 may revoke consent for Amworth LLC to contact their child at any time. There are several methods by which this may be done. You may exercise your opt-out choices by:

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
